Roba, the morose Kenyan bad-ass returns with Cher in Issue #2 doing what he does best: hunting big crooks.
This time however, he hunts a more sinister villain than a drug kingpin or corrupt politician. This time, he has in his cross-hairs an exiled genocidiary hiding in Kenya, Laurent Bugame, who has the blood of almost one million people on his hands. But with the protection of powerful members of the Kenyan establishment, is Laurent Bugame more than Roba bargained for?
Roba has been in prison for 10 years, left there to rot by the man he used to work for, Rashid Mwamba. While in prison, Rashid took Roba's then girlfriend for a mistress.
Roba is now out and has vowed revenge. But Rashid is not just a two-bit drug dealer, he is now a Member of Parliament and one of the most powerful men in Kenya. Getting to him will be difficult, if not darn near impossible.
Impossible ... Roba doesn't think so ...
